MARKUS JAEGER

In different Management positions, Markus was responsible for the coordination of planning, budgeting and reporting processes of a major German bank.

He then concentrated on the management of international projects with focus on process optimization.
Since five years, he is responsible for the conception and execution of Management meetings and team incentive events in Germany and abroad. He is experienced in hotel research and quality checks in order to fulfill his customers’ expectations.

In addition, Markus is specialized in concepts to boost personality and staff motivation as a precondition to set up personal ambience and atmosphere.

ROBERTO PUGGIONI

Having worked in the hotel and restaurant business for several years, Roberto analyses professionally processes and quality standards in hotels.

As personal trainer he concentrates on personality and motivation training.

His special focus is the optimization of spas, in particular the conception of target group oriented treatment designs and spa management and staff coaching.

As Italian, Roberto represents the characteristic Mediterranean savoir-vivre with the perfect intuition for charme, style and elegance.
